When its time to reroof your house, take a good hard
look from the street and decide if your house’s street picture is made up
of 80 percent roof or maybe much less. Is your house a two story low pitched
roof only visible from way down the street or not at all?
Once you have a good idea for the look and feel of
your house and how dependent that is on the roof, shop accordingly. Go
to your local roofing distributor (they typically have outside displays of many
roofing options) and do your research before you even call a roofing
contractor to get a roof bid.
Remember, it’s not the price of the roofing product,
it’s the amount of return (price and sale turn-time) that is important. Whatever
you spend correctly on a roof for your house, will come back to you many fold.
